Course Overview

Ce cours explore les droits et les responsabilités des citoyennes et citoyens actifs vivant dans une société démocratique. L'élève explore les enjeux du civisme tels que les écoles saines, la planification communautaire, les responsabilités environnementales et l'influence des médias sociaux. Elle ou il prend conscience aussi de l'engagement civique et des processus politiques à l'échelle locale, provinciale, nationale et mondiale. En utilisant les concepts de la pensée critique en politique et le processus d'enquête, l'élève acquiert les compétences nécessaires pour comprendre des enjeux, des changements et des tendances politiques qui l'intéressent et pour communiquer des opinions informées et réfléchies.
